Media Watch

NBC anchor Brian Williams has compared the founding fathers of the United States to terrorists. Speaking about the President-elect of Iran, who is accused of being involved in the seizure of the American embassy in Tehran, and the subsequent hostage crisis, Williams asked, "What would it all matter if proven true? Someone brought up today the first several U.S. presidents were certainly revolutionaries and might have been called 'terrorists' by the British crown, after all."

Yes, it's moral equivalence time in Mr. Williams' world. For this, he is the worthy recipient of an award.

Update: Professor Bainbridge offers a defense of Brian Williams.
